what does it mean?

You will see this  mnemonic next to (or as part of) links on Hawkbit's Forums or Pro Vivian pages which refer to a special site with various Vivian Hsu related stuff. These links are particularly provided for password protected access by a group of approved persons only.

Admission to this group will be personally managed by the webmaster of Pro Vivian and/or a moderator/administrator of Hawkbit's Forums. There is no automated sign up procedure - all is done via e-mail contact.

Registered users of Hawkbit's Forums will get their membership in the group after they have posted at least one substantial message to  Hawkbit's Forums (shorties like hello ... or I'm new here ... won't count).

After approval each group member will receive an e-mail with user ID and password for logging in to . The user ID is generally the same you have got in your Hawkbit's Forums account but the password will be different.

All members agree to the commitment never to give away or publish any data downloaded from  - it's definitely for your own private use. Of course the same agreement applies for the personal user ID / password combination.
